Dividia, in partnership with Acadian, offers alert-based video monitoring. If motion is detected within a customer-specified time frame in a specified viewing area, a security technician will review the live and recorded video to determine if there is cause for alarm.
If it is determined that there is a security issue, the customer-specified contacts will be notified of the event and appropriate action can then be taken.
Video monitoring is an add on service and is provided on a per camera license. Security professionals will only be able to view the licensed camera during an active alert. Monitoring is also available for stand-alone cameras that are not on a Dividia NVR system.*
